I am a fully trained and experienced counsellor based in Central Cambridge.

I hope the information I provide here will help you to decide whether this is the time for you to begin to explore new ways of coping and whether I am the right councellor for you. I provide a safe and non-judgemental environment where you will be able to discuss your concerns, problems and aspirations. The location is discrete but accessible, 20 minutes’ walk from Cambridge city centre. It is close to main bus routes and car parking is available and free.

I offer an initial appointment of up to 50 minutes, or 30 minutes over the telephone. If you choose to come to see me for the initial appointment there is no charge. Following our discussion, I then offer long term and short term counselling depending on your needs. Some people need a short space of time while others may take longer to reach their goals. Everyone is different.
